From January 1st, 2018 new rules applies for application of Honorary Diplomas.
It is no longer possible for individuals to apply for Honorary Diplomas for themselves.
Honorary Diplomas will only be given to Surgeons due to exceptional achievements in the field of Solid Organ Transplantation.
Proposals for Honorary Diplomas should be to sent to the Board of UEMS Surgery Transplantation by National Delegates of UEMS Surgery, Transplantation only.
Any National Delegate can propose candidates from outside Europe.
